I joined why can't I log into my back office? TOP
DCC must approve every application prior to activating your new account which can take up to 24 hrs, after approval you will be able to log into your new account.
I joined DCC as a GOLD / PLATINUM paid member and skipped the free trial where do I shop? TOP
If you joined DCC as a paid member Gold / Platinum you will be sent an email with our member only dropship website link. This dropship website link will take you to the member only password protected shopping area which is for Gold and Platinum members only. All other members shop on the 25% off website located right on the main DCC website HERE!
Why did I not get an email for the new downline member I see in my back office? TOP
Once DCC approves the new member you will in fact receive an email notifying you of the new sign up in your downline.
When I click on the back office link it shows my details without logging in? TOP
If you have logged into your back office and left without logging out by pressing the (X) then next time you visit your back office you will remain logged in if you are still in the same window as your last visit. No one else can see your back office.
How do I know if someone is on the FREE trial or a paid member? TOP
Because we offer the free trial its always a question that will be asked until DCC does away with the free trial offer. We suggest you send your question to DCC directly via email where we can let you know who is paid and who is on the free trial.
I joined DCC on the 30 day free trial where do I purchase products? TOP
If you join under the 30 day FREE trial you will go to the "Consultant Shopping" page and apply for your 25% off access. After applying please allow up to 24 hrs for approval. Once approved you will be sent an email by DiamondCreek Candles with your password and login information.
I joined your program can I sell on Ebay and other auction sites? TOP
"Yes" DiamondCreek Candles does in fact allow our consultants and dropshippers to sell on Ebay and other auction sites. But we do restrict your selling price please inquire if need be.
How do I pay my monthly renewal once I become a DCC rep? TOP
Your monthly plan is due by the day you originally joined DCC simply go the "Become a DCC Consultant" page and select the plan you choose and pay for your plan as if you were purchasing it.
If you do not go to the "Become a DCC Consultant" page by your due date you will be automatically debited for your plan by DCC the day after your original sign up date. Of course this is only if you have become a DCC consultant after your 30 day FREE trial.
I did the 30 day FREE trial, I expired, how do I re-join? TOP
Simply contact your sponsor, go to your sponsors website, re-sign up again using the "Become a DCC Consultant" page that is in the navigation menu on the left. After you re-join simply go back to the same page and select any plan Silver, Gold or Platinum and pay for your plan, that's it your in the program again.
Can I get direct deposit for my commission checks? TOP

How do I know how much a sale I received was? TOP
To check your sales please log into your back office and follow the back office navigation document supplied in the Yahoo Group. You can see every sale by transaction ID right in your very own back office.
Can I select what candles I want for my COTM? TOP
"Yes" you can select what fragrances you want for your COTM but an email must be sent before the first of the month or prior to your plans renewal date. You can even select whether or not you want candles or scoopables.
How does DiamondCreek Candles ship products? TOP
DCC uses either FedEx or USPS for deliveries. If USPS is used we always ship priority 3 day!
How do I order a consultant starter package? TOP
Visit the "Become a DCC Consultant" page and scroll to the bottom of the page.
What if I decide not to re-join will I be billed? TOP
If you are in fact a DCC consultant and choose to no longer stay active you need to send DCC an email notifying us that you are leaving the program otherwise "Yes" we will assume you are still active and we will debit your CC on file.
Does this item really cost this much to ship? TOP
At DCC we do not hide the cost of shipping into the price of the candles what so ever at all. Heres an example of what we mean:
Our 12.5oz candles sell for $11.99 but the majority of the competition out there sells the same size candle for $15.99 / $16.99 / $17.99 and yes even $19.99 which give the competition the ability to hide $3.00 to $4.00 of the shipping cost into the product cost!
At DiamondCreek Candles we DO NOT do this! We offer the products as they are and tell you the truth about shipping. You can add up your retail order to roughly around $100.00 and select a Flate Rate option at check and for only $9.80 we ship it Priority mail!
How are candle drawing winners selected? TOP
Candle drawing entries are received daily, each entry is printed and placed into a box at which we pull the winners each month from. A member of the DCC staff pulls a winner each month.
How are candle drawing winners notified? TOP
We use email to contact the candle drawing winners.
How do I know who purchased from me? TOP
We are sorry but our software program does not allow you to see who purchased from you.
Please note: Many consumers want to be protected and reserve the right to not have their purchase information supplied to a third party.
I know I had a sale why can't I see it? TOP
DCC has to run the credit card on file for every sale so it may take a few days before you see the commission in your back office. Once the sale is approved it moves in our system from "Pending" to "Approved" and then you can see the sale in your back office.
When and how are commissions paid? TOP
Commissions are paid on the 12th and the 26th of each month by company check or bank direct deposit. You must have at least $10.00 in commissions due before a check is cut or a direct deposit is made.
When can I use my buyer rewards? TOP
Buyer rewards is set up on our e-cart program to reward you for your purchases. You can not redeem any amount under $20.00 and your order must be at least $100.00 to redeem your rewards.
How do I log into my back office? TOP
Simply go to the "Back Office Login" page and enter your user name and password to login.
MISC... Shipping Terms TOP
SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO: Due to regulations regarding shipment of flammable liquids, all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service. There will be additional freight charges, depending on the weight of the package.
For international deliveries DiamondCreek Candles will not be held liable for undelivered or damaged products due to rough handling or customs hold up's. We have no control of deliveries after the item leaves our facility.
Cancelation of orders TOP
All orders placed on the web are processed within 48 hours. If the product has been pulled from stock (non candle product) there may be a $10.00 restock fee for orders under $50.00. All orders greater than $50.00 there may be a restock fee of $20.00. Fee's are determined by current status of the order, if the order has been picked, pulled, processed and packed. In all cases please email DiamondCreek Candles for assistance on the cancellation of orders. All candles are made to order per your order.
Returns? TOP
100% Guarantee on all products to be free of defects. If products are damaged during shipping, we will replace the item or a full refund of the purchase price within 15 days from ship date. Please contact DiamondCreek Candles ASAP and keep all original packing materials as is so an inspection may be performed if need be by the shipping company (pictures may be required).
If for some reason your candle is defective in any way please return it to Diamond Creek Candles within 2 days from receipt of product or this may affect your return. We only except exchanges on candles with the exact same fragrance. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and if free shipping was used, you will be charged for the actual shipping fees from your order so we ask you to carefully consider your selections prior to buying.
Due to the ever so rapidly changing fragrance lamp selections and production runs there will be no returns on fragrance lamps. Fragrance lamps are not manufactured by DiamondCreek Candles they are mouth blown and hand crafted, this makes returns virtually impossible. All fragrance lamp kits (parts) are double inspected and signed off by a quality control manager for accuracy.

Our website is not as versitle as we would like when it comes to shipping options. Just about every retail order will ship USPS (United States Postal Service) and all orders via retail ship Priority mail which means your item ships and is due to arrive to you in three business days. We offer a flat rate within the U.S. for $9.80 / to Canada and Mexico for $23.95 / to all other countries for $38.95. You will be billed for the shipping before your order ships if your order is shipping outside of the USA.
