You can now track all your orders with DiamondCreek Candles as long as the order was placed on this website and not our dropship and wholesale websites. The dropship and wholesale website use the e-cart system for COMPLETE order tracking. Be sure to create an e-cart account when placing a dropship and wholesale order so you can look back at every order ever placed on our websites.
When you track your retail and consultant purchase orders on this website you will see the complete invoice with:
Order ID #, Billing Information, Shipping Information, Order Date, ALL products ordered, Voucher used if any, Discounts used if any, Shipping cost, Order Total, Tracking number!
The order status will be in the upper right hand corner of your invoice.
An "ON ORDER" status means your order has been received and your credit card has been processed. Your order is being built just for you which means you can check back later for an update on your order.
An order status of "SHIPPED" means your order has been shipped and you will see the date the order shipped on the right hand side of the invoice under shipping information. A line item will also be added to your invoice with your tracking number.
Enter the email address used when you purchased your products, along with your order number, to view your order details.
