I used to be a real shy person. I hated going for big parties or gatherings (even when I knew the ppl) because I preferred a smaller crowd. I hated making small talk with strangers and even when I was at a big social gathering, I would sit with a few close friends that I felt comfortable with and spend my time that way... I was shy, timid and quiet... That was until I FOUND DIAMOND CREEK CANDLES.

I had tried many business ventures that didn't go anywhere. I would get started and then try for a few mths and give up feeling even worse about myself. I was looking for some info on yet another business when I came across the candle board on WAHM.COM I was not even thinking about starting a candle business.

Then I started to research and did as much as I could. I read everything I could find, read about the different companies, looked at their requirements, retail pricing, mthly fees and then settled on DCC. I took advantage of the free trial and told my family and friends. My parents ordered a whole bunch of candles the first day itself and after that no matter how many friends I told about the candles to, no one seemed to be interested. I thought I'd give it a chance, upgraded and bought the consultant pk 4. Ever since then sales have been really good. I market myself to my local neighborhood, friends, family members and just about anyone and everyone I meet. I talk about DCC candles to just about anyone that would listen. I have come out of my shell and ppl have commented that when I talk about DCC my eyes are full of excitement and shines happily. I truly believe that the DCC products are way superior to everything out there and when you truly believe in something it is that much easier to sell/talk about.

So, thank you DCC for getting me out of my shell and giving me something I could be passionate about and enjoy doing beyond words.

My name is Terri and I am a wife and stay at home mother to three daughters. I have been in networking for around 8 years and love socializing and helping others. I found DiamondCreek Candles in November 2007 and signed up for the Free Trial. I found the Free Trial an awesome opportunity to check out the business, order some candles and socialize on the boards with other reps. I placed an order for a couple candles to try before putting my heart and soul into another business. I received my box and could smell the candles while I was opening the box. Words cannot describe the beauty and quality of this product. I knew right then I had found my business and never turned back!! Being with DiamondCreek Candles has been fun, rewarding, and the support from DCC and other reps have been awesome!

I am here to tell you that you do not have to have a background in sales or network marketing. The great thing about these candles is that they sell themselves. This has been an opportunity that offers me to be my own boss and allows flexibility that fits MY schedule. I have always been a shy but helpful person. I tried many work at home business opporunities and never received enough support to go anywhere with the business. I sold with other companies for about 2 years and spent more than I ever earned. I know that any business takes some investment of both money and time, however, after 2 years of no profit I figured it was time to move on.

One day, after finding out I was pregnant with my third child, I decided that I needed to find a legit at home business that would offer tons of support (to help me get out of my "shy" shell), free to start, affordable to continue with, and room for advancement. I started with DiamondCreek Candles in February 2008 under the free 30 day trial plan, now I didn't get a sale within that first month, however, I KNEW that DCC had something great and that with some dedication and motivation I would be able to succeed. Soooo I renewed with the $9.98 monthly membership plan as that was the best for my budget and allowed access to the dropship & wholesale websites.

For the first few months I didn't invest ANY money in networking or advertising. I did order some samples and products to "spread the word locally", however, I didn't pay a dime to advertise and get those clicks to my website! Even now after 6 months I occasionaly put in a paid ad, but most of my advertising is absolutely FREE through online networking and free classified websites.

With little money to invest I was happy to see that now after being with DCC for aproximately 6 months my time and dedication has paid off. I now earn a profit and lead a team of downline members to success. I get support every day from my sponsor and all of the DCC consultants. We are like one big family and that is why I LOVE being an independent DiamondCreek Candle consultant.
